Eric Nelson Colorado is a Social Justice Advocate and Restorative Justice Facilitator working with The Conflict Center. He joins the Bartering Exchange Network to offer Community Work / Leadership Consulting for individuals, groups and organizations seeking guidance in restorative practices, community engagement and values-driven leadership.

Eric Nelson Colorado is a dedicated Social Justice Advocate whose work centers on restorative justice, community empowerment and relational healing. His advocacy is grounded in the belief that strong communities are built through dialogue, accountability and access to supportive resources. Through his work with The Conflict Center, Nelson helps individuals and families navigate conflict in constructive, nonviolent and emotionally intelligent ways. His approach emphasizes dignity, listening and repair — prioritizing long-term stability over punitive responses. He is particularly passionate about issues related to housing stability, mental health access, equity and mentorship within underserved and marginalized communities.
