Christopher Clan is a trauma recovery therapist and mental health provider who has worked in many different types of clinical settings providing therapy to clients experiencing the effects of trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma.
Christopher Clan recognizes that healing from trauma is typically not a linear process. Trauma impacts clients’ thoughts and behaviors every day, long after the trauma has occurred. Christopher Clan tries to help his clients slow down, better understand their responses, and work toward building a new sense of safety and stability.
Education & Training
Christopher Clan is a Trauma Recovery Therapist. He maintains an M.Ed. (Master of Education), as well as active registration as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor). As a mental health professional, he is uniquely equipped to treat individuals dealing with trauma. An often long-term process, managing trauma can be a lifelong event — and it’s certainly not one-size-fits-all. Chris Clan understands that. He brings that consideration to each and every conversation — stepping beyond clinical treatment to acknowledge that dealing with trauma isn’t an “in the moment” thing to overcome… for some, the lasting effects of trauma are permanent and need to be addressed accordingly.
Clinical Focus Areas
