Venisha Arnold is a powerhouse Philanthropist for the people. Venisha is passionate about supporting and uplifting the individuals and communities around her. Over the years, she has hosted numerous back to school initiatives. With her organizations, Persistence is The Key and The Arnold Foundation, the Nonprofit Founder also works diligently to advocate for humanitarian issues.
Persistence is The Key (nonprofit)
Venisha Arnold established Persistence is The Key! (a nonprofit organization) in 2017 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity with a focus on supporting education focused youth organizations. Venisha’s Persistence is The Key nonprofit was founded on a focus of promoting high academic achievement at all grade levels, regardless of students’ socioeconomic status. In an effort to bridge gaps of inaccessibility, inequity and inequality, Venisha’s nonprofit hosted a back to school initiative that featured a laptop giveaway. In the modern day, a student is severely disadvantaged from achieving academic success if he/she does not have access to an electronic device, such as a laptop or other computer. The world wide web is the host of a plethora of information, both historic and current. At its core, maintaining access to the internet ensures access to information. That is why beyond the education focus of Venisha’s first charitable campaign, the nonprofit founder registered that there are other humanitarian issues to be addressed as well. Nearly a decade since its inception, Persistence is the Key has broadened its reach to focus on uplifting people in the community as a whole.
The Arnold Foundation (Henry’s Place)
In 2022, Venisha Arnold started The Arnold Foundation (Henry’s Place). The Arnold Foundation (Henry’s Place) is a scholarship fund developed by Venisha and dedicated to the memory of her father. Venisha cites her father as a strong motivational force behind all of her humanitarian efforts. It is thanks to him that Venisha maintains an unwavering spirit of dedication, akin to the message of Persistence is The Key! The Henry’s Place scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who have set their sights on achieving major goals after graduation day.
