Natasha Bannan is an experienced Nonprofit Consultant and strategist who works at the intersection of dignity and vision to help organizations create lasting, sustainable change. Over more than 25 years in the public and non-profit sectors, she has worked in a wide range of settings, from boardrooms to firms to grassroots organizations. Each one gave her a deeper understanding of the challenges and possibilities facing organizations that take on systemic policy and organizational problems. Along the way she has served as a volunteer, advisor, founder, board member, and leader, and she has helped establish and grow a variety of groups, committees, and institutions. Her work has covered reproductive freedom, equity and inclusion, disability and accessibility compliance, safe and fair workplaces, and gender-based violence in conflict zones.

As a strategist, Bannan helps organizations develop and implement a vision and plan that keeps them true to their mission while having the largest impact possible. She believes the collective is always more powerful than its individual parts, and she brings that belief to every engagement.
