For this barter, Sean O’Grady, MD will help you evaluate your weight loss goals in a healthy manner.  He will consider numerous factors at play, such as any pre-existing medical conditions you may be experiencing.  Then, he will assist you in developing a nutrition plan that takes your goals into consideration.  Offering advice centered around your health and well-being, O’Grady will help you decide on a set goal that will be healthy for your body.  He’ll also recommend a diet that takes nutrition into account, by considering daily caloric intake.

General Nutrition Plan

Maybe you’re not interested in losing weight or gaining muscle.  Maybe you just want to improve your nutrition for the purpose of adopting a healthy lifestyle.  If this sounds like your situation:  this is the barter for you!
