For his Youth Football Development barter, Coach Steven Hyland is offering 30-minute group training sessions via video call. This opportunity is ideal for coaches and student athletes looking for new training strategies in a specific area of football, including:

A former student athlete who played at Michigan State and Cornell, he understands the mental aspects that come into play with game day performance. In his training, he introduces players to techniques for keeping your focus on the field when in-game — and dedicated to your studies when you’re back in the classroom.

Wrestling Training

Steven Hyland competed in wrestling at Islip High School and Choate Rosemary Hall, while playing football. Today, he is a wrestling mentor in the Long Island area.

For his Wrestling Training barter, Coach Steven Hyland is offering 30-minute group training sessions via video call. In the session, Hyland will run through a training routine focused on:
